1. How do I enter in the admin code on my keypad? 

To put in an Operator code of your 4 digits, please follow below:

     a) Type in 123456 then press ENTER

     b) Press the * button then type in your code (4 digits) then press ENTER

     c) Type in the 4 digit code again then press ENTER -  Now the code will be stored in your Keypad.

2. How does the control unit learn the Keypad code?

     a) Press the Learn button QUICKLY inside the control box

     b) Type your 4 digit number into the keypad and then press ENTER (you will hear 1 beep)

You may need to enter your 4 digit code into the Keypad and press enter a few times for the receiver to recognise.

When you hear the gate opener beep 4 times then you have programmed the keypad to the receiver.

You have 20 seconds to complete the process.

After the 4 beeps, wait till the light goes out on the Keypad then punch in the code and the gate will operate.

Now enter in your 4 digit number and pres ENTER - done!!!

3. Can I change my admin code?

4. How do I tune my remotes in?

     a) Quickly press the Learn button

     b) Press remote once

     c) Count to 5 then press the remote once - Done!!!

Repeat steps above for extra remotes

5. Where should I mount my gate opener?

Our gate opener MUST be mounted on a horizontal bar in the middle of the gate, this allows for an even push and pull motion.   If mounted on the bottom of the gate , the cable will wear out from the rubbing on the ground.

6. Where can I purchase a new battery?

You can purchase a new battery from any electronics shop.  The replacement battery must be the same dimensions as the original and either a 12volt 7amp or 12volt 9amp.

7. Which way should I face my solar panel?

North for winter months (May -  Septmeber)

South for summer months (September - May)

8. How many hours of sun light should my panel receive each day?

8 hours a day

9. Should I recharge my battery?

Every 6 months  you should recharge your battery on a car battery charger for 2 hours only just to reboot it.

10. How will I know if I have a low battery?

Your gate will ONLY travel 200mm each remote press, then it will stop
